How can I use one type in cells if the column is another type?

I need to use formulas on the top row and all following should be a checkbox. But when inserting a formula, a Boolean is expected. There a way to get around this somehow? Or can you suggest another way to implement the table?

If you add your formula and end it with +"" it should work.
