Form Updating Not Creating New row in Grid

I am have a grid which has users and a list of columns that need to have their box be checked. I can create a form which when submitted created new rows, but I want to create a form that simply updates existing rows. Is this possible?

You would need to look into an Update Request.

Not with a form itself, but you can with Update Requests which are similar to a form in appearance.

I have the same issue/request although I do not want to go into a form in appearance. I want it to act as a cross sheet reference but per/row, without having to add all the index/match formulas. Is this possible?
