Cell History has disappeared

Hi All,

Has anyone experienced a loss of cell history? We have a sheet that previously had cell histories but now says This cell has no history across the entire sheet. Other sheets in the same folder and workspace have not been impacted and continue to show cell history.

There doesn't seem to be any obvious changes in the activity log that could indicate a cause and if a cell in manually changed and the sheet saved, the new history is visible.

Any thoughts on how this may have occurred?

There was an issue recently; I've seen others getting the history back after a couple of days/weeks.

If you haven't already, I recommend submitting a support ticket through the new Smartsheet Support Portal.
