Alert Workflow removing external link

Can't seem to find my first post. So sending again.
I'm having same issue. I created workflow as owner under free license but it didn't work. Upgraded to PRO and duplicated workflow and ran it again but it didn't work. Find attached
Any help from anyone would be much appreciated.

Hi Genevieve,
Like I mentioned in my initial message, I had been testing the workflow by running it using the "Run Now" function. I then decided to carryout another test by running it properly through the workflow trigger and voila, the links showed up in the email.
I hope this helps somebody out there!
