Deafult font in Smartsheet

Good day!

i try to set up auto creation of a lot of hard documents in 1 click

My language is Ukrainian

Our designer made the PDF with Roboco font. I set up it.

And then happens two things

If i use english and numbers - everything is fine

If i use ukrainain - certain fillable cell got broken

Instead of Roboco i got some Smartsheet deffault font

Now i have a decision. I want to know what is the default font which Smartsheet uses.

I want to set up it in Adobe and get everething not so perfect in design but it should work well

I really hope on you help!

Hi @Volodymyr L

Since Ukranian is not one of Smartsheet's supported languages (see the list here), this means it's unable to fully customize the special characters used. As you've found, special characters are only supported through default fonts with Document Builder. I don't know what the specific default/fallback font is for Ukranian; it's a default based on being able to present the special characters.
