Automation Emails

I am having an issue with receiving all the emails that are set up in the automation. First other departments were telling me that not all the automation email are being triggered to send... I set up a test to myself to receive all the emails and found that I am receiving only about 40% of them. The email automation is written the same layout but some just never send. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

The trigger is when row is added or changed. The condition is when any column has less than the needed amount. I will have an email sent to myself. They are all written in the same manner but they do not all send. Any ideas?
