how to put in a dashboard the leave reports for HR upcoming leave of employees

My manager ask me to put the upcoming birthdays employee and leave report of employee with name and date. is it possible to put that on dashboard.?

I recommend adding a Report Widget to show that information and possibly two different ones.

One for leave and one for birthdays.

I Have 2 reports (Leave and birthdays) but how can i make it automated sir that will flash on the report on the dashboard of the upcoming for the month and the today?
