Report Sum Checkbox

Is there a way to sum only the checkboxes per person on this report and not the total number of lines per person? For the example here, I'd need it to total 1, 0, 0 for the three columns.

Have you tried adding criteria for either one of the checkboxes to be checked

I set up columns to indicate success/neutral/opportunity instead of checkboxes and the report is counting these so beautifully. It's going to be a breeze to do next year's EOY performance evaluations. Thanks for the feedback!
