RAID log linking to a sheet (2-way)

Hi! I'm trying to determine if there is a way to link line items in my project plan (sheet) tot he RAID log. As I understand, cell-linking would only allow one way transmission (from project plan into RAID). Is there a way to link the cells where they can be updated in either the RAID or the Project Plan Sheet?

The only way to create a two way link would be to use a report in which case the structure may look a little off if you are referencing two separate sheets for it.

I personally would have them update the RAID log and then surface the most recent entry on the Project Plan.
