Contact list across users at Admin level

Hi! I'm looking to load a list of individuals that would show up in a drop down list as a collaborator. These individuals would not be smartsheet users, but we would want them to be able to receive automations and alerts. Everything I find is for "users". Can you upload a contact list (with individuals that are not users) at the admin level for users to access? If so, can this be done without generating an e-mail to the contact that was uploaded?

    Hi @Jaime Machold,

    Using Contact Lists would be ideal for your case use since you can add contacts who don't necessarily need to be Smartsheet users (they won't be notified that they've been added either) and you can use this contacts for automated notifications, as long as the Workflow is set with the appropriate restriction level.

    If you have many contacts to import at once, you may do so in your Smartsheet Contact List , by doing so, you's simply need to type any specific user name/email in a contact cell and this will appear as a suggestion.
