Invite someone who is a member of an Enterprise account

Situation: I want to invited someone to join our plan, but it shows that: [This person is a member of an Enterprise account]
We find out that he has a license in another group, where he still needs sharing issues, so should he quit that one firstly then join another one? If yes, how should he operate? Could you give me some manual or steps to tech.
Besides, if he joins our plan, what about the issues he shared in the previous one? Could that be possible to continue or still has permission to access?
Thank you very much.

Hi @jialu fang
There's a difference between sharing items with someone and inviting them to be a part of your plan.
Users who are on your plan are governed by your System Admin and plan controls. For example, the System Admin can transfer all their owned sheets to someone else in the same plan, or help re-set their password, or update their secondary email address.
It sounds like instead of inviting them to your plan, you simply need to share sheets and other items to this person so you can collaborate on work together. No problem at all - as long as your System Admin hasn't restricted who you can share to, you can share Smartsheet items to users who are in a different plan.
Simply add them to the sheet sharing window!

Cheers,
Genevieve
