Form not populating to sheet - please help!

Hi all,

I built a sheet and form for an internship application I am coordinating. I have tested it several times, i.e. completing the form with test data and have not encountered any issues. I received a notification from Smartsheet this morning noting that I had a new submission - however, when I logged into the sheet, there was no new entries/data. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

    Hi Laura,

    All I can offer is a personal experience in forgetting that I had a filter on the Smartsheet.

    Once cleared, I found the new entry.

    To help avoid the issue going forward I decided to add certain fields from each new entry into the notification. At least I had something to search on and give me enough detail to trigger some (external to Smartsheet) procedures.

    I've also read elsewhere that someone had accidently kept a workflow active, that copied the row to a different sheet and removed the original data.

    Hope these ideas are helpful in some way.
