Developing Library check-out list



I am looking for suggestions/help on a formula for a library check out sheet. In columns I haveL check out date / Number of Copies / Copies Available. I am struggling to figure out an automated process to get the copies available to update once when the number of copies is changed. When the form is submitted it says who checked it out but still shows the item available.


The smarsheet has a list of around 200 books that are in a department, but available for agency wide check-out. I created a form that allows users to request/submit a check out.
