Confirmation Email - Condensed Fields

Our Smartsheet form has 100+ fields to choose from. Currently, the confirmation email includes all fields regardless if empty which amounts to 5 pages. Users are frustrated finding their input fields among the extra data.

If user only fills in 5 fields is there a setting to condense the confirmation email to only those fields chosen?

Without seeing your form, it's hard to know what exactly you're doing with the 100+ fields to choose from. Is it possible for you to take the 100+ fields and put them into an alphabetized drop down choice list? Then you can send them a confirmation email that just shows them what they chose in the drop down list.
