Hi,
I had a similar error. You may want to check your primary column on both sheets. If the primary column on one sheet equals a piece of information and a nonprimary column on the other sheet equals the same information, it will cause an error. For example, if sheet 1 has the employee number as primary but on sheet 2, the employee number is not primary, it will cause an error.
