Anyone have an idea on a way to make it easy for someone to submit a form multiple times?

I am using Smartsheet for colleagues to nominate others for their work using the form feature. However, most colleagues submit multiple nominations. I don't believe I can edit the autoresponder to include the link again, and don't want to add conditionals to the form for multiple nominations as this gets exported and merged into a word document so that would add an extra level of complexity. Has anyone run into this issue and has a potential workaround?
