We are utilizing a third party app that generates a new row of data each time a certain criteria is met.
Within Smartsheet, we have added the Created Date column to automatically enter the time and date of the new row being created.
We then placed a last modified date / time tracker at the end of each row so that when the status is changed to complete, the time is tracked and documented as a completed time.
What I would like to do is create a third column that generates the time between created and modified time/date or a manually entered completed time. This will help to understand tas time effort per row request.
