Attaching spreadsheet to smartsheets form

Hello! I work in the insurance industry and am new to smartsheets. I'm trying to determine if it will work for my team to use for insurance applications. Is there a way to attach a spreadsheet to a smartsheets form that a client can fill out for lists of vehicles, employees, building locations, ect...?

    Yes, but you'd add it as a link so they can download it and then upload it to the form.

    Another option is to have a Smartsheet Sheet instead that they can fill in or have the form reload multiple times.

    Would any of those options work/help?
