Viewing Activity Log
Hello
I am the Admin/Owner of all Dashboards and Workspaces for my company. The reps have only VIEWER status in these workspaces.
Is there a report to show me how many views in a given time frame? Not who has access but how many users have viewed "X" dashboard. There is no Activity since they are only "viewers".
I am trying to assess which data elements are utilized the most etc...
It does NOT seem this is available, please correct me if wrong.
Thank you
Chris

I set up a "dummy" account using my gmail and then added the gmail account as a viewer to one of my workspaces. Then I signed in under the gmail account and viewed the dashboard. After I logged out and then back into my regular account, I was able to see that my gmail account viewed the dashboard by checking the activity log in the dashboard.
Here's more info no downloading or exporting activity logs. You can set the date range and action (Views).
Is this what you're looking for?

When pulling the activity log what time zone does it reflect? Is this set on the individual level, is it the time zone of the PC, or SS headquarters?

Hey @Shanett Cole
The time displayed in the Activity Log is based on your personal settings and timezone set up in your Smartsheet account. You can test this by changing your timezone and then looking at the Activity Log again.
Cheers,
Genevieve
