Formula Help: Compare if Actual Date is <= Target date but ignore blanks in Actual Date

I want to return a value of TRUE or FALSE in the column 1st Engagement <= 15d, but leave that column blank if Actual 1st Engagement is blank.

I have the formula working to compare the 2 dates, however I am struggling with adding into the formula to ignore blanks in Actual 1st Engagement column. Any suggestions?

Try something like this.

=IF([Actual 1st Engagement]@row = "", "", IF([Actual 1st Engagement]@row <= [Target 1st Engagement]@row, "TRUE", "FALSE"))
