How to make dropdown options become unavailable (in both forms and sheets) once they’ve already been selected.
Example: If a patient books an appointment, that time slot is automatically removed or disabled so it can’t be chosen again.

Hello,
For ease of form use (and keeping a positive tone), I've created some drop down menu where users can select "all that are true" from a variety of options. It would be useful for those of us viewing the submitted forms to be able to easily see which options were not selected- as those highlight gaps in service.
The only way I can find to do this right now is very convoluted and clunky involving work flows with lots of conditions. It would be wonderful to have an option to select "if any of these items are unselected- populate unselected items in designated cell".
thank you!
Hello!
Any updates on the above suggestion? It would be amazing if the document builder was able to display the options not selected in Smartsheet.
Thank you!
This would be useful for me too - maybe have the "not" function return the set of un-selected allowed values when applied to a dropdown data type?
Thank you for your consideration!
I wonder if that could be managed through an integration with calendly or some other calendar app?
Although we are extremely proficient when it comes to reducing load on our smartsheets (we use pivot, data mesh and data shuttle extensively), we still find ourselves hitting capacity limits (mostly because of the number of columns in conjunction with some pretty complex formulas).
