Quick Tutorials for non-users

Does Smartsheet have any quick 30 sec or less tutorials on how to fill out forms, complete update requests, or approval requests?

I am looking for something more customer facing and less technical for our end users who fill out forms or directors who have to complete approval request.

I thought I'd ask before recreating the wheel.
