SmartSheets not working in Teams
Hi,
I've read previous threads and I am still not able to solve my issue. I had three tabs to show dashboards in Teams. They were loading fine. now I get the generic error message to Log into Smartsheets, which takes me to the SM landing page. I've been logged into SM and still am not able to reload the dashboards in Teams.

Can you check to see if the publish links in Smartsheet have an updated Access Control setting, now set to "Only available to users in the owner's account"? I've seen this login loop happen before within the Desktop Client with this setting. See: Integration with Teams - login prompt. Adjusting the Access Control back to being available to anyone should resolve the issue.

I am the owner of the dashboards and still get this endless loop in Teams.
I don't see where on the dashboard to change the Access Control....

Hi @MelissaSan
The Access Control settings will be specific to the Published URL that you're using in Teams. You can find this on the Dashboard in Smartsheet under File > Publish.
The pop-up window will then identify what Access Control you have set for that link:

Thanks! I tried that and it does not fix the issue. I have a dashboard as a tab (not as an actual link to the dashboard) in my Teams channel and even after changing these settings, the error still occurs.

Are you using the Share option in the tab or the Publish option?

Was this ever resolved? I am stuck in the loop too and i dont see if this was ever resolved by the other person with the issue. Please help. I too am already logged into smartsheet. My sheet is shared to workers internal, this is not published.

Nope I have the worst luck with using Smartsheet as an app or a web page in Teams.
