Logo image on sheet header is blurry

Hi there,

I've added a logo onto a sheet header, but when I export this is showing as blurry. I've tried various sizes but this is still showing up blurry. I also seem unable to adjust the overall size of the logo on the sheet as this is currently showing up quite large.

This is the original JPEG file, I did however try a number of various sizes (smaller etc.) with no luck.

Hi Andree,

Yes I've followed those guidelines, but I do find that as soon as I reduce the logo to this size it looks blurry.

I am having the same issue and have tried all sizes of PNG, JPG, etc with no luck. On PDF export it prints big and pixelated no matter what native version I upload. Seems to be a recent issue as we were not having this issue 6 months ago when we started our account. Perhaps its in programming for how big it tells the logo to print on the page?

Here is a screenshot. No matter what size (300 px wide or up to 2000 px wide) this is the same weird result.

I still haven't managed to resolve the issue and have resorted to swapping out the logo on the exported PDF, which defeats the purpose of adding it in in the first place if I'm honest!
