Active Faces not working

Hello all,

I have a sheet that is shared with several individuals within our organization. I can confirm that there is 3 of us working at the exact same time within a sheet right now. None of our faces/initials are showing in the tool bar to indicate anyone else is active in that sheet. This is the same for all 3 of us.

I tried to go into my Account - personality settings - visibility to ensure that myself and the others are all viewable. Sure enough we are.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You may want to reach out to Support. This sounds like a bit of a bug in the system, and I haven't had this issue before.

Are you working in the sheet itself, or a report possibly? Maybe you are working in a published version of the sheet?
