File attached to a sheet

I attached a pdf to a sheet (document builder).

I can generate it and other users can use it too.

Only one collaborator don't see it at all. I tried to change her status and still she cannot see it.

What could be the problem?

If you haven’t already, I recommend submitting a support ticket through the new Smartsheet Support Portal.
