Customizable automation email?

We have been looking to standardize our automation emails and we can't seem to figure out how. We want the email to come through looking as "Company Name via Smartsheet". It currently seems that it's dependent on the sheet owner. So currently all automation emails are being sent as "Gabriel Barrera via Smartsheet", which is OK but not ideal. Is there a work around this besides changing my name in Personal Account Settings? Or maybe a special add-on? Any feedback helps!

The sheet owner is always displayed in the Reply To field of automated emails. If a user clicks the Update Request on a row, then the email will display that user's (the sender of the Update Request) name in the Reply To field of the Update Request.

The email is not reply-able because the email address is for Smartsheet automation, and not the sheet owner or the Update Requester.

No add-ons that I'm aware of.
