Change a cell automation flow changes all cells in the selected column

I have created a change cell workflow - When Madison is assigned, I want the progress tracker to change to Action Item. When I trigger the automation flow, all cells in the progress tracker column are changed to Action Item. Not just for those rows where Madison is assigned. It does the same for other change cell automation flows I created. What am I missing?

Try changing the trigger to when In Queue With - WIP changes, and moving the condition of 'Madison' listed in your trigger to a condition block before the Action block.

I just realized I missed something, as I was digging back into it your reply arrived. I did add the condition and that did the trick.

A quick note about running workflows manually... They ignore triggers and only look at conditions. That's why when you ran it manually it hit every row until you added the condition. If left to run based on trigger alone, it should have worked. It was just that manual run that did it.
