How to share my form with my team without permitting them to edit the underlying form?

My team is new to smartsheet and i've created some forms and a dashboard.
I've already shared with my team the workspace.
I'm trying to figure out how they can fill a form i've created and save it in their folder without changing the original form.

Only sheet owners and admins can create/edit forms, so anybody shared as editor can not edit forms.
Forms don't appear as files that can be saved in folders. However I use a workaround to accomplish what you're after. I create a Dashboard, and add a "web content" widget. Then I use the embed code for the Form to display the Form on the Dashboard. I keep that Dashboard in the same location as the grid it goes along with. Users could right-click the Dashboard, and "Save as new" if they want to have their own instance to store in their own personal folders (within smartsheet).

I think i've found a solution to my problem. I created a template of the form I want them to fill and save in their folder so now they can use the template and do as they want.
