How to attach an equipment borrowing and return to one another

I have a form for equipment borrowing and I want the borrower to add in the return of the equipment to their specific row. Is there a workflow that I can utilize to accomplish this?

I created a return form but am not sure how to attach the return to a specific row in the borrowing form. Apologies if this is confusing! Thank you

@Lea S Forms only add new rows, so if you want to use a form style entry, you could sent the user an Update request. Otherwise, you can make a report filtered to the logged in user (based on a contact column type) and they could use that report to return equipment that they have borrowed.
