How to enable color settings on Gantt chart view

In a lot of the videos I see, they are right clicking on the bar in a gantt chart to get to the "color settings" pallette. When I right click on a bar in my gantt chart, I don't have the color pallette option. How do I enable the color settings option in gantt chart view?

You have to right-click on a task's bar. You cannot do it on a parent row's bar.
