I created a form for people to request services how do I get responses saved to correct workspace?

I created a operations request form where the responses are saved in workspace according to the correct year. Since it is the new year my responses are going to the 2022 workspace instead of 2023 workspace. How can i set up the workflow or am I just supposed to send the link to workspace to everyone in my department? Thank you!

You could add a Workflow to move the rows to the new Workspace for this year, so you don't have to share a new link to the form.
