Looking for a better PDF auto report solution
Hello All,
My company is currently utilizing Smartsheet as a field-to-office solution for production reporting on construction projects. We gather many columns of information into a few different sheets. These sheets are then summarized into a single report that is then sent to project managers as a PDF via a scheduled email in the report. The problem is that these PDF's that are auto generated are quite difficult to review as there are 66 columns (data being reported from the field) and only a few rows (individual dates) which spans 4 or 5 sheets. Does anyone have any solutions that might utilize document generation, mapping, etc that would allow this information to be presented in a more user friendly format while also maintaining the scheduled email aspect? I have attached a version of the reports that are sent out now and a version of what I would hope I can make them look like moving forward.
Thank you in advance!

I hope you're well and safe!
You could use the Document Builder feature with an automated Workflow instead.
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Have a fantastic week & Happy New Year!
