How to chart with forms survey?

Hello-

Iam newer to Smartsheet.. and I have created a form for our HR department doing 30 day reviews with employees. I would like to be able to chart by response (scale of 1-5). Sample of data is included below.

Has anyone been able to do this before?

@araines Are you trying to chart just the numbers "1, 2, 3, 4, and 5" and the quantity of each without the associate text?

If so, you'd have to extract the number into another column.

@araines You can use teh left function and just set the number of characters to 1 for your application
