Historic Project Status Tracking on Multiple Projects

Hello,

We want to track the project status over multiple years on one sheet for all current projects (around 200 projects). We currently have this tracker in Excel with columns for each week that continue on for each week and 'roll behind' the other columns needed for the sheet, such as project name, client, PM, etc.

Is there a good way to collect this data in a Smartsheet Sheet that would allow us to review the weekly status of all projects cohesively while keeping all historical data?

You could use a Workflow with the copy row action weekly that copies it over to a so-called helper sheet that collects all the history.

Would that work/help?
