Cell Linking not following to sheet "Saved As New" in Marketing Campaign Template Set

Hi there, I'm digging in to the Marketing Campaign Template Set and am hitting a wall. When I'm saving a campaign as new, the cell linking in the sheet "3. Campaign Plan" is not showing up. Does anyone have experience with this template set that they could help troubleshoot why this is happening? TIA!

I have an update - I restarted my computer and the issue seems to have fixed itself. For anyone who spent any amount of time thinking about this: thank you!!! It's now time to carry on :)
