Is there any way to create dynamic dropdowns?

Hi all,

we have explored many ways to create a dynamic dropdown from one sheet to another, and we found the most useful one was using data shuttle but we have a limitation in it by 50 workflows for the enterprise licence.

below are the few queries we have:

1) Is there any way that we can get the values from one sheet and automate them to a dropdown in another (there is a way in data shuttle but they have a limitation of 50 Workflows).

2) If the above way is possible through workflows only then how can we create it as a template in control centre so we can avoid duplication of creating workflows for all.

Have you explored upgrading to Smartsheet Advance? The Workflows in DataShuttle and more would become unlimited with it.

Is that an option?

Hello @Andrée Starå yes we did explore that option but unfortunately we aren't opting for that due to various reasons, and if there any way that we can get it by not using Advance Licence, that would be great.
