Team collaborators unable to open update request form on mobile app
Hi,
I'm experiencing an issue with users of a fleet tracking system. Automatic update requests are sent out to track the odometer at the end of a journey, however some users are unable to open this link. they receive the update request in the Smartsheet mobile app, but when they open the notification and tap on the button to go to the form, nothing happens
So far we've had failure on two Google Pixel 6's and one Samsung S21, and Success on Two other Pixel 6, two Pixel 5a and one S22 ultra. The link opening and link default settings are the same on each phone because they are work controlled, but there seems to be no rhyme or reason as to why some don't work. Has anyone else experienced this? could it be a smartsheet issue or more likely to be android?
