Hi,

Happy Friday everyone!

This might be a silly question, but I just realized I have this option in Smartsheet.

I have Resource Managment separately, so I am wondering what is this? I cannot find a help article on this. I am just wondering what is the purpose of this functionality? can I use it? etc..

If anyone has a link to an article or a training I would be grateful.

It's the legacy resource management solution, but if you have the RM by Smartsheet, you can ignore it.

Hi Andree,

Thank you for answering. Now I am wondering if its a functionality I can recommend to a different team in company? they just started to use Smartsheet and don't have RM, but I think it might be useful for them as a start, would you agree?

Here are some Help Articles on this Legacy feature:

• Legacy Resource Allocation with Project Resource View

Legacy Resource Management is no longer available for new users, so no, I would not recommend it to a different team if they've only just started to use Smartsheet.
