Creating a bookings page/form

Hello - I am trying to find a way to create a form/sheet to allow individuals to sign up for an appointment on a specific date & time, but limit the number of individuals that can sign up in a specific time slot. For instance, I am looking to schedule up to 8 individuals on Friday, 2/3/23 at 9 am and schedule another group of 8 at 9:30 am the same day. Is there a template that exists or that I could build from to make this a possibility?

There currently isn't a way on a Smartsheet form to prevent submissions after a certain number, or to eliminate options from a dropdown list.

In the meantime, you could embed the Form in a Dashboard next to the Sheet showing the submissions coming in so that users can check for themselves how many time slots have been booked.
