Current User for Report

I currently have a report that shows all contracts by "Contract Administrator". The Contract Administrator column is my contact list, but when I build a filter to show by "current user", the option to choose "is one of" is not in my list. I can choose "is one of" for both contract type and status which both are drop downs. I'm at a loss as to why I don't have that option for the Contract Administrator column.

Any help will be appreciated.
