Purchase Order form with multiple line options
I'm creating a Smartsheet grid with form that will generate a purchase order. There will be an option to add 9 different lines to the PO. Each line has its own variables: Quantity, Unit, Unit Cost, and Description. I added a question "do you have additional items to add to this PO" as a column with logic to have it either go to end of form or to the next set of variables for the new line item. If I have 9 sets of variables, do I need to repeat this question 9 times? So 9 different columns with the same question - "do you have additional items to add to this PO"? so that I can create the logic to move to next item or to end of form? I was hoping I could just go back to the same question repeatedly. Maybe there is an easier way?

Hi @jjesmith
I hope you're well and safe!
Another option.
I developed a solution using two forms (or the same form by using conditional logic) that can be used to submit the main information and then the other information on a new row for each submission after the first.
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Have a fantastic week & Happy New Year!

I'm not sure if this will work. I plan to take the information gathered with the form and link it to a fillable PDF via Automated Document Generation (https://community.smartsheet.com/discussion/92298/automated-document-generation-and-docusign-mapping-is-here).
Using your method, will the data be in a single row? Will it work with the document mapping?

Did you ever figure this out? If so what was your solution?
