Send row data but only for columns with data

I have a sheet that has 400 columns. When I am done with the client I would like to send all the data I collected to a team. However if I only got 100 of the 400 fields filled out, I'd like to only send those 100, and the next time send maybe 200 etc... Can we send row data via email, but ONLY if the column is filled in and not blank?

We could use a JOIN COLLECT structure in a so-called helper column and that would only show the cells with values. We'd then use the Placeholder feature instead to send the data.
