How do I set an alert for form submissions that are from everyone else except my own submissions?

• I have set up an alert already for changes when rows are added and a notification is sent to a specific person except where the 'created by' is that particular person
• The problem is if this person adds manual entries in the sheet they DO NOT get alerts which is great!
• However, problem is: when they fill the form, the created by reads 'form submitter' and hence I cannot filter out the entries made by the same person who needs the notification.
• Is there a workaround for this?
