Dropdown menu not working - using predictive text

Hi there,

I have a new problem that cropped up in the last few days. I have a dropdown list column that has worked perfectly up until now. One of the choices in the dropdown is "Accepted" and in the past I would start to type "acc" and <Enter> and it would automatically choose "Accepted".

However, now it uses predictive text and if I hit enter too quickly the field sometimes says "According to" and I have to go back and fix it. Other times it uses the pull down menu.

I'm not sure what is going on. I've tried closing out the program and going back in and it seems random.

Are you sure this is a problem with SmartSheet and not Windows' Auto-complete?

Possibly. Whatever the case, it seems to have gone away. But I"ll use your advice if it happens again. Thank you!! :)
