How to integrate smartsheet

Hi all,

I have been in a business for around 18 months and recently I have been promoted to run the installation side of the business with 6 direct reportees over 60 sites. Due to the nature of the business each of these sites they can last up to 2 years but with only one room being installed at a time.

We have a master database of where the jobs are logged but not currently a way to manage them and track progress and measure KPI such as on time and completed first time.

I have looked through the templates but there doesn’t seem to be anything that is suited to this.

Any ideas?

@David2788 The templates are meant for thought starters.. Have a look and see if they give you any ideas. I have used smartsheet to manage construction. I have used a competitor to track multi-site projects.. But I am sure Smartsheet can do it.

The Template Set might be an excellent starting point. Also, depending on how advanced your project is and if you need to update and more, I'd recommend looking at the Premium app, Control Center.
