Approval Automation Question

If an approval request has been declined. The next step is to ask for an updated revision via request an Upate. Once that is complete I am sending another approval request.

I would like the same column to be updated but it looks like I have to create a new column... Or Save Status as Value? Where is that I am looking for that option but I can't find it. Help because I only want to use one column for this.

I want to save the status in the same column I do not want to pick a new column.

What does save status as value mean?

I'm looking it to go from declined to resubmit to approval or declined again

Maybe something changed with the new Workflows.

I tried an old one and that works.

Can you share screenshots of all the settings/setup or:

I went back and I was able to update it..

I do notice you cant use the same Submitted.... in the same workflow you have to rename them but you can in different flows.

Excellent!

I've also noticed that we can't use the same. My preferred method depending on the process is to number the steps of the process and use the Approval answers to update the status.
