Hi
I am trying to set a report to only return the top 5 entries in a sheet based on a sort criteria, Does anyone know how this can be achieved?
Thanks in advance
You would need to set up a table and reference your data using a LARGE function.
Here is some additional data on using the Large function.

Ok so now I have the top 5 values for one column..... but can I return multiple columns from that row? For example the names, values and country of the top 5 customers by order value.
Thanks for the cover, Mike. I had copied the same link to add to my comment, got busy before I hit submit, then forgot to put the link in when I came back to it. It's been a "fun" week.
There are a few different options. The easiest one would be to build the LARGE function into an IF statement in a checkbox column that will automatically check the box if that person is in the top 5. You can then create a report that pulls the rows based on having that box checked.
Haha. I understand those types of week. I think I've had one of those years.

We are curious if anyone is experiencing issues with automations that are to generate emails. We've been seeing gaps with a number of these automation on various sheets, where the sheet will record a date of when the email was sent, but it is either never received by the recipients or it is received hours or a day later.…
I can create a Chart in Dashboard from sheet well but from Report is not working now. I just try with simple Report (just contain 2 column Primary and Number) but cannot make the chart. Is there any changes recently right, because I haven't worked with Smartsheet dashboard for a long time and I remembered that I could do…
