if function for 3 criteria

Dear,

I am planning to write an if function for 3 criteria.

IF(AND([In Progress - Late]1 >= 1, [At Risk]1 >= 1),[In Progress - On Track]1>=1,) "Red","")

I know I am writing it wrong. Can anyone help me structure the formula please?

You just misplaced a comma is all...

On Track]1>=1,) "Red"

move the comma to the other side of the parenthesis.

On Track]1>=1), "Red"

More granular time options for needed for Workflow triggering
Currently Triggering recurring workflows are only supported at the top of each hour. For instance 10:00, or 11:00, etc. Would like the ability to set 10:30 or 10:45. Perhaps the inteface can stay hourly so it doesnt get huge, but have the ability to manually edit the time directly to any custom time.
