Hi
I wanted to know if anybody had tried to this type of graph in Samrthseet and if it's possible?
Thank you for your help!
Hi Noemi,
To graph something like this, you may want to consider using a Scatter Plot Chart in Smartsheet Labs (https://smartsheetlabs.com/smartsheetcharts). If needed, more information on this can be found in our help article: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/1456243-smartsheet-labs#charts
Keep in mind, Smartsheet Labs are experimental apps and aren't officially supported. Please use at your own risk!
If you would like to see scatter plots within the core application, please submit a Product Enhancement Request (you’ll find a link to this here in Community under Quick links on the right).
Hi Alejandra!
This is great and it is exactly what I would need. Unfortunately now I am stuck on how to collect and store my data in order to have the scatter plot chart?
I have some products for which I have pcs and sales value ( on a weekly basis). Which ones should be columns/ rows etc. please?
Does Smartsheets ever plan to integrated more chart options? Right now, the chart options are extremely basic.
For now, I continue to use Excel for my trending and scatter charts.
Hi,
Great idea! More chart options would be a great addition to Smartsheet features.
Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.
Have a fantastic week!

I have a report that beautifully aggregates data from 70+ sheets. I need one column from that report to populate a helper sheet that I have: Source Sheets > Report > Helper Sheet As the report grows with data, I want the helper sheet to grow with it without manual intervention. Ergo, the API question. Here's what I know…
We're looking to create a Gantt chart by inserting the data and creating the chart via the API (actually via the Java SDK, but either will do). Inserting the data is fine, but cannot seem to get the setDependenciesEnabled (which believe need for the Gantt ) or setGanttEnabled() to work… We think part of this is the order…
Hi, Since yesterday (dec 18), many calls to the api are failing or taking way longer than expected (2500seconds to read a sheet). What is the current server status and when should it be back to normal ?
